For completed furniture pieces, please allow 7-10 days for your item to be delivered.

For custom made items, please allow 7-10 days for your item to be made and shipped. Then 3-5 days for the item to be delivered.

Paint products will be shipped out same day or next day. Please allow 3-5 days for the item to be delivered. You can choose a faster shipping method at checkout if you need.

We accept exchanges and cancellations if contacted within 14 days of delivery. The items would need to be returned to the sender within 30 days or the exchange would be null and void.

For Paint products, we do accept returns for refund within 30 days of purchase. The item would need to be returned to the sender (at the customer’s cost) within 30 days of purchase. Once the product has been received intact, the purchase amount will be returned to the customer via the same method used during checkout.

You may request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
