Shipping Information

How long will it take for my item to be shipped?

Typically I will have your order packaged and on its way within a week if it is a finished product. Custom-made orders please leave about 1.5 – 2 weeks for the item to be made. Whenever possible I use Express Shipping, so normally once it is sent, it should arrive within a week. Freight items are on a case-to-case basis -please contact me for more info.

What if my item is damaged in shipping?

I do my very best to package items so that this does NOT happen, but we all know stuff happens, unfortunately! If it does please contact me ASAP and take some photos. I will do everything I can to make it right. I may need the item shipped back to me for repairs. Please see my Terms & Conditions section for more info.

How do I inform you of special requests I want with my order?

You can send me a message on my Facebook page. Otherwise, feel free to email me [email protected] and I will do my best to accommodate your requests.

  

Do you customize any product on your page?

I would be happy to customize something completed already with a name or add-on in some way. Other than that, completed pieces cannot be changed. I have a backlog of furniture yet to be done that I can work with you designing whichever way you would like just shoot me an email and fill me in on your vision!

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and for local pick-up only, I can accept cash. 

Is Buying Online Safe?

My site has full security in place to make sure your information is completely safe throughout your checkout process. If you are at all concerned, please feel free to pay through PayPal, and your credit card or bank information will never be entered on my site. You will complete the transaction on PayPal’s site and then be returned to my site for completion.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Email [email protected] as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to your order. I can only accept cancellations within 2 days of the order.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, I will email you with tracking information, which can be entered into the shipping company’s website for live tracking details.
